we integrate mindfulness training and education on fueling your body.
you’ll learn how to intuitively connect with how your body feels when eating.

02 goals

over a 30 minute call + a survey we work with your specific goals. We then educate you on nutrition basics so your aware of what fuel means for your body.

03 macros or keto macros

based on your goals, we support you by creating a balanced macro fuel plan.
We specialize in and provide low carb/ keto for the many benefits and provide you macros to support you in your transition and maintenance in ketogenic state. We also love supporting clients in intermittent fasting!
