HOW IT STARTED : MY STORY

I was on the hunt to find the meaning behind wellness.
What I realized is…

There is no - “when I get to this goal then I’ll be happy.”
The key is to become present to the powerful INDIVIDUAL you are now, love yourself now, and enjoy your journey to your version of your best self.
everyone is different. that extremism happens all too often and to live our best life we have to feel our balance and be present to our live and our goals.
and that taking care of our mind is equally as IMPORTANT as taking care of our body.

I Have ALWAYS wanted to support individuals in feeling great, and see and FEEL results whilst feeling connected mind-body.

Fast-forward: with waitlisted classes, workshops worldwide, and clients streaming internationally I want you to experience a lifestyle, that holistically supports your health, growth, and goals.

TAKE ten was created to allow you to focus on you, without excuse. so…stop: and give me ten ;).

over 10 years ago I started my journey in wellness.
I was a senior in high school and slipped down the slope of what I believed ‘health’ was.
I believed forcing myself to go to the gym every morning, taking fat-burning supplements with who-knows-what ingredients and burning no less than a pre-determined amount of calories before I could ‘leave’ the gym, was what would make me look and feel my best.
That “once I hit my ideal- I then would be happy”.
I was in a unhealthy relationship with how i was fueling my body. I was limiting and my body suffered.
I kept this a secret from my family and friends.

This is where I became interested in taking
my undergrad in Kinesiology.
really Wanting to understand my brain, and body Better.

This was the best choice i ever made…

Fast forward now, my education is in kinesiology and osteopathy.
That’s not all.
I have an incredible amount of certifications
in nutrition, fitness, and coaching.
I am the ultimate wellness aficionado
and am passionate about self-care and
self-mastery.
